Everything changes from here

I've left behind my nine-to-five, and the truth is, it was more like a eight-to-seven. I'm curious to see who I will be without the external timelines and regularly scheduled stressed out spells. Who will I be without deadlines?

It will take a while to let my own rhythms establish themselves. I am looking forward to catching my breath. And then beginning to breathe freely.

Friends of mine are gathering over here this weekend. I wish that I could join them, but I am happy to observe the transformation beginning right here.

Studio overhaul

I have people coming to stay and a lovely piece of furniture being delivered, so I started to make space for both. I soon realised that it wasn't just a question of a quick tidy. I've posting this here so that I have some accountability and will update you later. No, no before photos, I'll share some midway through ones soon. Meanwhile, this is what I am waiting for:

Oliver Bonas UK

Isn't that cute? So many drawers for sketchbooks and loose drawing paper. Yay! It's even worth tidying for!
